A Case Study in Organizational Change: SB School of Health Technology & Management Addresses DEI
In this discussion, faculty members from the School of Health Technology and Management tell the story of how and why they are creating organizational change that addresses diversity, equity, and inclusion throughout their school. Within the past few months, faculty have worked together to establish the Office of the Director for Diversity, as well as six working groups which address Curriculum; Mentorship; Professional Development; Research and Grants; Disability Awareness and Action; and Admissions, Retention, and Recruitment.

Panelists are: Robbye Kinkade, Clinical Assistant Professor and Director of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion; Dr. James Pierre-Glaude, Clinical Assistant Professor; and Lisa M. Johnson, Chair, Department of Respiratory Care.

This panel is the second in the Spring 2021 series titled: CELT Conversations on Inclusive Pedagogy.
