The Power of Mentoring : How to Find a Mentor and Build a Network for Career Success
Are you interested in learning more about how you can take part in our Micro-Mentoring program?

Alumni Career Services is excited to roll out our 2021-2022 Micro-Mentoring Program. Please join us on September 22nd at 6:00 pm to learn how to volunteer to be an alumni mentor or sign-up as a mentee. Micro-Mentoring is a one-time conversation between alumni and a student or recent graduate that is interested in learning more about a specific career field. If your connection is meaningful and both of you would like to continue in a longer mentor/mentee relationship, we encourage you to stay in touch.

This process is about empowering students to reach out to alumni for informational interviews and to learn how to network and build authentic and natural relationships. If you would like to learn more about the impact of mentoring on the lives of both our mentees and mentors please join the Career Center, Alumni Relations office, and our panelist of successful alumni mentor/mentee pairs. To better understand the power of mentoring, our panel will share their stories, experiences, and the joy of mentoring and being mentored. It is sure to be an engaging conversation and we'll make sure to leave time for questions.
